In this game, you play as a Datakin named Ket. Datakin all gain their abilities from the "grid" system. As you collect "Bytes" to place in the grid, you can get a wide variety of different abilities, moves, or upgrades to moves you already have.
You can tackle the first 10 stages in any order, and each of them has hidden secrets.
The game is fully completed and has been playtested from start to finish, though it may still get some updates depending on the feedback we get.
The level editor was coded in Codex and Claude, but the level designs themselves were done by hand using the editor.

Welcome to Datakin.
This game is free to download and play, and works on a compatible Game Boy Advance emulator or anything that can play GBA games, it's also been tested on real hardware!
Datakin is a series of games I've had in my head for a long time, all quite different from each other, focusing on customization and player choice, and we hope to have more retro and modern games in the series in the future.
